Return Policy
At Pothos Events, we strive to make your experience enjoyable and straightforward. Please review our return policy regarding ticket purchases for our events:
- All Sales Are Final: Unless an event is canceled or significantly rescheduled, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for tickets purchased. This applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to, inability to attend the event, change of personal plans, or dissatisfaction with the event.
- Canceled Events: If an event is canceled by Pothos Events or the event organizer, you will receive a full refund for your ticket purchase. We will notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase with instructions on how the refund will be processed.
- Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled to a new date, your original ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund. Details regarding refunds for rescheduled events will be communicated directly to ticket holders via email.
- Artist/Performer Changes: Please note that while we strive to present the advertised artists and performers, line-ups are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
- Transferring Tickets: We understand plans can change. You may be able to transfer your ticket to another person. Please check the specific event’s terms and conditions or contact us at evetns@pothosevents.com for guidance on ticket transfers.
