Welcome to Pothosevents! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pothosevents website, located at www.pothosevents.com and all services, content, and products available at or through the Site and related ticket sales for Pothos Events.

By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Site or use any services.

01. General Conditions

  • Acceptance of Terms: Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
  • Eligibility: By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or are accessing the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Modifications: Pothos Events reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

02. Ticket Sales and Event Attendance

  • Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are subject to availability and these Terms. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the specified price.
  • All Sales Final: As per our Return Policy, all ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by PothosEvents. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for tickets due to your inability to attend or change of personal plans.
  • Canceled/Rescheduled Events:
    • Canceled Events: If an event is canceled by Pothos Events, you will receive a full refund for your ticket purchase.
    • Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. Details regarding refunds for those unable to attend the rescheduled date will be communicated to ticket holders.
  • Artist/Performer Changes: Pothos Events reserves the right to change event lineups, artists, or performers without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
  • Admission to Event: Pothos Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event if, in our sole discretion, their behavior is disruptive, poses a safety risk, or violates venue policies or applicable laws. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • Age Restrictions: Some events may have age restrictions (e.g., 18+). It is your responsibility to check and comply with any such restrictions. Valid ID may be required for entry.
  • Prohibited Items: Specific events and venues may have lists of prohibited items (e.g., outside food/drink, cameras, recording devices). You must adhere to these restrictions.
  • Photography/Videography: Unauthorized professional photography, videography, or audio recording of performances is strictly prohibited at Pothos Events without prior written consent.
  • Transfer of Tickets: Tickets may generally be transferred to another person. However, Pothosevents is not responsible for any issues arising from the transfer or resale of tickets outside of our official channels.
  • Lost/Stolen Tickets: PothosEvents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event of an error in pricing, Pothos Events reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a refund.

03. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
  • You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our Site.

04. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Pothos Events or its content suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.
  • The Pothos Events name, logo, and other related marks are trademarks of Pothos Events. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pothos Events.
  • Pothos Events has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Pothos Events shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site and all content, materials, information, products, and services provided on the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pothos Events makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, products, or services included on the Site.
  • Pothos Events does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

07. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pothos Events, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
